📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and other department heads to achieve store goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
