📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of school infrastructure projects, including buildings, classrooms, laboratories, and recreational facilities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities management system using tools like SAP or Oracle Facilities Management.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, safety standards, and best practices in facilities management.
• Lead a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Head of School and other department heads to align facilities initiatives with the school's strategic goals.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, waste management, and sustainability initiatives across the school.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in facilities management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successful project management and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
