📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Managing and coordinating the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve production processes.

• Ensuring proper inventory management and procurement of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in production management and supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using production management software.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
