Conducting telemarketing activities to promote and sell products to customers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.,Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
