As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to GAAP and IFRS. You will work closely with project managers to provide financial insights and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support.
• Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
