📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented outlet.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
