📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish,Ensure quality control and adherence to standards,Maintain efficient operations and meet production targets,Manage and mentor production team members,Conduct regular inspections and audits,Handle inventory and supply chain management,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Implement and monitor production schedules and budgets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or a related field,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions
