Puskesmas Maya Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an urgent position as we are looking to upgrade our food service operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Participate in the development and implementation of the clinic's overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing a team and handling customer complaints.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
