📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate and oversee architectural design and construction activities on various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all project activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural Coordination, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
