📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of our guests.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
