📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and administration of performance management systems.
- Support the organization's efforts in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Development team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a human resources or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
