📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's IT policies and procedures.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.,Provide backup and recovery support for critical IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.,Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaPythonor C++.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with IT security best practices and tools.Ability to work with minimal supervision.
