Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.,Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and provide training to the team.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of data analysis initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of data analysts.,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.,Familiarity with data governance policies and procedures.,Understanding of business processes and the ability to align data analysis efforts with business objectives.
