📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
