📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked and managed.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the bakery's high standards of product quality.,Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure the bakery's financial health.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting is highly desirable.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
