One Town Sejahtera is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local labor market and recruitment trends.,Knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
