📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Conduct quality checks and address any production issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Production Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving production targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
