Talent Right is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to join our APAC Growth team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for our clients across the Asia Pacific region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.,Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our clients' open positions.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements and client needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.,Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in 360-degree recruitment.,Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region's job market and talent landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
