📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and maintenance.,Ensure the safety of drivers and passengers by enforcing company policies and procedures.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of the team.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
