LUMEN Mandiri is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting processes of our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing and overseeing the accounting processes of the company

Preparing and reviewing financial statements

Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and filings

Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes

Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Experience with accounting software and systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
