📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their performance and development,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Certifications in training and development are a plus
