📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a translator between Indonesian and Mandarin in HR meetings and communications.
• Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide translation services for HR documents, contracts, and other official communications.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management in Mandarin.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent).
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or HR support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Ability to work well in a multicultural environment.
