📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage delinquent accounts and track payment statuses using CRM and collections management software.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to ensure timely payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in collections or customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and collections management software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
