📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and infrastructure to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety measures into all aspects of operations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including incident reports and safety data sheets.
• Participate in emergency response drills and plans to ensure the readiness of the team in case of emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as CMIOSH, CSP, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including ISO 45001.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve safety goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using safety management software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with coal mining operations and equipment is a plus.
