📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and administration of performance management systems.
• Support the organization's efforts in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Development team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a human resources or related role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
