As a MIA Call Center Agent, you'll be using our in-house CRM system to manage patient records and appointment scheduling. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company, with potential for advancement to more specialized roles within our call center team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answering patient inquiries and providing information about our fertility services
• Scheduling and confirming appointments using our in-house CRM system
• Assisting patients with insurance and billing inquiries
• Documenting patient interactions and feedback in our CRM system
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications
• Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
