🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and PayFit.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
