Kids Club Attendant
Are you energetic and passionate about working with children? We are currently seeking a dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. As a Kids Club Attendant at Private Advertiser, you'll be part of our vibrant team dedicated to providing top-notch childcare services in the heart of Bali.
Every day, you'll engage with kids aged 3-12 years, planning and executing a variety of activities that cater to their developmental needs. You'll use our in-house software, KidzFun Tracker, to monitor each child's progress and ensure they receive personalized attention. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in children's lives while enjoying the beautiful island of Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute daily activities tailored to children's developmental stages
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the club
- Use KidzFun Tracker software to monitor and document children's progress
- Assist with meal preparation and supervision during mealtimes
- Organize and supervise outdoor activities and field trips
- Maintain a clean and organized club environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not required)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Enthusiastic and patient attitude towards children
- Ability to lift and carry children as needed
