Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets and exceeds expectations.
• Master the use of POS systems like Clover or Square to manage orders, payments, and customer interactions efficiently.
• Assist in setting tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and attire.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new menu items.

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fine Dining Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-end dining environments.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
