📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the import process from order placement to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customs agents to resolve any issues that may arise during the import process.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and submit import declarations and other required documentation to customs authorities.
• Track and report on import expenses, including duties, taxes, and freight costs.
• Assist in the preparation of import invoices and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in import/export operations or a related field is a plus.
