📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical assistance to employees, including hardware and software support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ is a plus.
